To us, everyone is an athlete, regardless of activity level and training history. Your child does not need to be in a sport to join us.
Our coaches teach high performance movements and habits to help teens & young adults learn to train, excel in sport, stay injury free, and grow into well-rounded adults .
In these sessions, young athletes are taught movement patterns that are being missed in Physical Education programs.
Athletes learn to skip, run, sprint, jump, land, and throw. These are the basics of human movement that some P.E. teachers and sports program do not have the time or capacity to teach.
By building a strong foundation for movement, kids develop with a higher physical capacity. Athletes will come out of these sessions more athletic, resilient to injury, and confident in their daily activities (sport, gym class, recess, pick-up games).
These group sessions are 45-minutes long, fun and engaging.
