A bundle of 4 week programs at varying levels for those who are at different stages in their knee capabilities
The Tired Millennial Training Program
A program designed to be completed in a gym space or condo with either a 35 minute or 50 minute option up to 4 days per week. There are alternatives listed for those who are lacking access to certain pieces of equipment. If you are at home with a nice set of dumbbells and bands, you can do this workout.

April 1st: Strong-to-the-Bone
Provides a 12 Week foundation for being able to LIFTMOR. This is designed to let people work toward more advanced and heavier loaded programs to help maintain posture, balance, strength, and slow their loss in bone - safely. It also features our Strong-to-the-Bone Introductory presentation for our In-Studio series.
May 1st: Posture Revolution | 30-Day Challenge - Stand up taller with 10 minutes a day of posture work. This can be done 100% at home!
June 1st: UPHILL Strength - This strength program is for people who are uphill people - you know who you are. Maybe you hike, ski tour, trail run - this is for you. We focus on getting a strong lower body, improving agility and lactate tolerance for short bursts of work. We also work on maintaining core strength and arm strength so you can carry your pack and use your poles as needed.
June 15th: Master's Rowing Strength - Mobility, strength AND a cardio-resistance circuit designed to add some high quality strength training into a masters rowing training program. Whether you are competing or not, this will let you keep doing the sport you love to do for as long as you want to do it!
July 1st: Forever Agile | Basic, Intermediate, Advanced - Maybe you're trying to prevent falls. Maybe you play Masters soccer or downhill ski, this is for you. A variety of drills and programs for you to work through in combination with any of our other programs. Low impact and high impact variations available.
